At Nail Vault No. 23, we take pride in providing high-quality handmade press-on nails. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at admin@nailvaultno23.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the matter.
Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic).
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (domestic).
Lost or Stolen Packages: Nail Vault No. 23 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
